These terms are the rules for using GroundHive. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. Questions? Email info@groundhive.com.

What GroundHive is

GroundHive is a job board. Trucking companies post driving jobs and CDL drivers apply to them. GroundHive is not the employer and is not part of any hiring decision. Each company decides who it hires, and the terms of any job are between the driver and the company. We don't guarantee that any job will be filled or that any driver will be hired.

GroundHive is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FedEx or any carrier named in a job posting.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give true, current information.
• Use your own email and mobile number, and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. No fake or automated accounts.

Rules for companies

• Post real, open jobs with honest pay, home time and requirements.
• We review new company accounts and job postings before they go live, and changes to a posting are reviewed again. We may edit, pause or remove any posting.
• Driver applications reach you after our team has checked them.
• Use drivers' information only to consider them for the job they applied to, and follow employment and privacy laws.

Rules for everyone

• No spam, scams, or asking drivers for money, bank details or personal documents outside a real hiring process.
• No harassment, discrimination, or misleading information.
• Don't copy the site's data with scripts, try to get into other accounts, or interfere with how the site works.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Text messages (SMS terms)

Program: GroundHive texts drivers at the mobile number on their account.

• Security codes: sent only when you ask, to confirm your phone after signing up or to reset your password.
• Job alerts: sent only if you opt in, by ticking "Text me new jobs near me" at sign-up or turning on job alerts on your profile. Up to one text a day about new jobs that match you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed and no more texts after that. Note that STOP also stops security codes, so you won't be able to confirm your phone or reset your password by text until you reply START. To stop only job alerts, turn them off on your profile instead.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to job alerts is not required to use GroundHive. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number: we never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for marketing.

Content and responsibility

Companies are responsible for their job postings, and drivers for the information they give. We try to keep GroundHive accurate and working, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, GroundHive isn't responsible for hiring decisions, for what companies or drivers do, or for losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you about big changes on the site or by email. Using GroundHive after a change means you accept the new terms.
